The content below was written in early 2022. We think the scenario of a selective internet shutdown is still very likely. Cyber Polygon, initially planned to start on 8 Jul 2022 is still postponed as of 13 Jun 2022 (if you know the reason why please talk to us). Things that changed since early 2022 and impact on scenario:

  • The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Putin (President of Russia) have increased the cost for Globalists to go for this scenario. The way they increased the cost is by accelerating the pace of their decoupling from the West’s systems. Globalists may still orchestrate this scenario but its predictability is decreasing meaning that the probability that Globalists reach, through a selective internet shutdown, the outcome they aim for has decreased.

  • There are growing signs that another virus (monkeypox) could be classified as a “pandemic”. If this is the case Globalists may not need a selective internet shutdown to continue to roll out their New Worl Order but simply follow the “slowly boil the frog” strategy.

Context of this scenario

Clearly identifying the context of something is important. Something always happens inside a context. Some elements of context and the event itself are linked.

  • Accumulation of issues in Western systems: polarized society on different topics, lack of trust, small businesses closing down, gigantic amounts of cash being printed, wealth gap accelerating between ultra-wealthy and the rest of the population, inflation accelerating, mental health declining, health issues increasing, …

  • Implementation of Passport IDs (also called Digital IDs, QR IDs, Pass, …) for “vaccinated” People. These Passport IDs are required to access daily life services. Although some are not in use anymore, your identity, your “vaccination” status, your residency location, your activity patterns, your bank account data, and your social benefits have already all been linked together.

  • The Omicron variant (Q4 2021) spread faster than other variants but the symptoms were milder.

  • Covid-19 narrative (threat of the virus, number of cases) ending early 2022. In the pace of a week or two the Covid-19 narrative disappeared from almost all mainstream media.

  • In early 2022, the narrative switched to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Something very visible, emotional: a physical war.

Strategy of Globalists

To understand what will happen next you need to think like a globalist. You need to understand how Klaus Schwab sees the world from his very eyes. The type of problems that he has and how he thinks about the solutions. I did this for 16 years inside many organizations so it is not very complicated to do it for one more organization or one more person. However, I do not agree with how the current change is done so I am helping you to understand it. The most successful transformations involve People, they do not mandate People to do something.

  • The plan is to replace the current governance model by another one, very different. For this to happen, Klaus Schwab is pushing for what he calls the “Great Reset”. You may be familiar with the reset of an electronic device like your computer or your internet router. You press that little red or black button and 10 minutes later the device is resetted. There is not one single button to reset the current banking, economic, social, cultural system we live in but the idea is exactly the same. Otherwise why would they call this the “Great Reset”? The key point about a reset is that something is lost (photos, files, data, properties, configurations, …). Let me ask you a question. When do you reset? You reset when you have a problem otherwise you usually don’t do this. It costs you time and you lose data. You reset when the system has become dysfunctional (it is too slow, it doesn’t work properly, you don’t have other solutions). It may shock you at first but the strategy of the globalists is exactly the same. They push for the system to become totally dysfunctional. Why do you think issues are being pushed to the current system (polarization of people, destruction of small businesses, removal of healthcare capabilities, confusing laws, confusing mandates and so on). The goal is to render the system dysfunctional, to slow it down, to create bottlenecks so that a Great Reset is justified. You can call this a sabotage of the existing system. Same idea as a kid wanting a new computer and putting a virus on the current one to justify that his parents get him a new one. It may be hard to accept this vision of things but it is very likely that it is what is happening.

  • Another element to factor in is the standardization of the context. Globalists introduce problems so that they can bring in the solutions that they already have. These solutions progress their interest. They get them closer to their goals: removal of people’s leverage and centralized power and resources. Globalists think global. The solution that they put in place has to apply to as many People as possible thus the problem that they create has to touch as many People as possible. This is the reason they went for a virus. It is a standardized global problem. They offered a standardized solution: “vaccination”. This property of standardization is extremely important to them because it is an enabler of control. It is easier to control standardized things (to manage them) than non standardized ones. This is also a reason why the next problem that will be introduced will have standardized properties.

  • For their plan to work (going through the “Great Reset”) they have to put in place problems that are standardized, that have low uncertainty, that are sustainable, that they have the solution to, that decrease People’s leverage, that have a high perceived cost for People. In a nutshell, problems that enable controllable chaos. This is the reason they went for a very low kill rate virus. This is the reason we think the most likely next problem is an internet shutdown. This is the reason we think nuclear strikes, global war or high kill rate virus threat are total bullshit. These problems bring uncertainty and would certainly jeopardize more the “Great Reset” plan that already encounter opposition and issues.

  • The problem that they introduce are in the same domain as the solution that they put in place. It sounds like a trivial statement but it is fundamental to exclude other options. A “vaccine” solution to a virus problem. Both in the healthcare domain. A digital solution to a computer virus problem. Both in the digital domain. It is often useful to think backwards. You know what they want to implement. Look at the solution. It helps you to understand the type of problem that they will bring in. They control the solution. The problem is also something they can control. Digital is what they control.

The deal

  • The centerpiece of matching the solution to the problem is to offer People a deal. The key point about the deal is to make sure People will have the following perception: the problem has a very high cost and the solution has a great benefit. Be careful, I am talking about perception of the cost and the benefit. I am not talking about reality. The gap is often your emotion.

  • Look at the deal regarding the “vaccination”. Cost of the problem: I may die if I get this virus. Your fear amplifies the cost of the problem. Benefit of the solution they told you: get “vaccinated” is the only solution to keep you safe or to keep your parents safe. Again, emotions are at play and you overestimate the benefit of the solution. In reality, the cost of the problem is very low (your probability of dying depending on your age group and your health condition may vary but on average the risk of dying is very low at 0.3%). In reality, the benefit of the solution is null or even negative.

  • The next problem solution pair that globalists will bring in requires them to propose a deal. If you have done some research, you already know what will be on the solution side: an ID linked to an account (I am not saying your bank account) where you can potentially receive credits (a Universal Basic Income) that you can use on products (food, essentials) and services (transportation). An ID that will also define your rights to access services but also physical places. On the cost side of the problem, suspecting they are going for a selective internet shutdown, perceived cost will be high for most People: lack of or no access to communication services (messaging apps), no access to your banking services (your money, payments by phone or card), no access to transportation, limited to no food availability due to supply chain issues and so on. The exact extent of the pain depends on how much leverage they want to get on you to implement this deal.

  • In reality accepting this deal will be equivalent to accepting slavery. Why? Because once you accept this deal you have no more leverage. Your life is conditioned to whatever rule globalists put in place. Right now, the rules may be acceptable to you (scan a QR code to access a venue or to pay) but tomorrow these rules are very likely to totally change (live monitoring of what you say, who you meet, how many kids you have, what you can decide for your own kid, the travel you can take, when and where, the area you must live in, the size of your apartment or your house, …). The rules of tomorrow have no limit because there will be no more counter power. Don’t forget that at this point in time, your leverage will be negative. If you want to access food, heating and water you must obey the system.

  • We assume that as for the “vaccination” deal a part of the People will accept the deal right away (perceived cost of problem way higher than perceived cost of the solution, which will be presented to you as only having benefits, exactly as it was done for the “vaccination”). Another part of People will try to resist so they will start to increase leverage on them. A third group will resist and self organize. Basically this group will manage to decouple from the system. This is how they get you to obey: leverage, one way or another. They put you in a position where you are dependent on the system which is gated by technology (digital).

    Accepting this deal is equivalent to signing a contract whose terms and conditions you have zero idea of but your counterparty knows well about them.

The play

  • The tensions between NATO/WEF and Russia/China are part of the scene set-up. You need a story to back up what you are going to do. Scene set-up helps to set People’s mindset in a certain framework (Russia could do something bad).

  • When talking about a cyber attack, most People may think about a virus, a computer program written by a hacker, about a computer, a server, a network, at home or at an office, being infected by this program. The reality is that everyone has a unique representation in her/his mind of what a cyber attack is but very few of us have the technical knowledge to understand how it is happening. Because it is not our job. 99.9999% of us aren’t cyber security experts. The way it is likely to happen this time is different because it is likely to be orchestrated by the very People who will tell you we have been attacked.

  • The internet has centralized pass-through. Meaning these are points of failure. Content Delivery Networks are a key example. If you activate or deactivate these points of failure and especially three of them (Fastly, Cloudflare, Akamai) you impact hundreds of millions of People. You don’t need to have a virus infecting each person or enterprise’s mobile phone or computer. Globalists need your hardware and your software to work for them to integrate you with their new governance model. They have zero interest in impacting the things they require to work: your phone, your computer, your servers, your networks. What they will simply do is switch on or off part of the internet. Do not forget that, because utilities are also operating through the same network, the Globalists orchestrated this new scam have the capability to cut your water and your electricity as well.

  • Like Event 201, a readiness exercise event exists for cyber attacks. It is named Cyber Polygon and this yearly forum started in July 2019. It is interesting to note that a subsidiary of Sber bank (Russian bank) named BI.ZONE is hosting the event. The CEO of Sber bank is Herman Gref who is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum. The WEF’s Centre for Cybersecurity is supporting the Cyber Polygon event. It means that a number of People and capabilities are located at the same time inside the WEF and inside Cyber and banking. This gives them a unique capability and perspective to execute this new problem.

  • We can imagine, in line with globalists’ comment around misinformation, that selective shutdown will be used. Specific government media (mainstream media) could still be running while other services could be down. Again, it is all about controllable chaos. They need to bring chaos but in a controllable manner so that it doesn’t get out of their hand.

  • The timeline is likely to be June 2022. It is hard to plan accurately because there are multiple variables. Our estimate of June 2022 factor in:

    • Globalists’ Great Reset is increasingly at risk. A growing part of the People become aware of the scam.

    • Scammers always hurry when the scam is exposed. Exactly like a thief stealing your credit card. Speed of execution is a key success factor of this scam. Globalists are not in a hurry to move on to the next phase.

    • The transition from the Covid-19 narrative to the Russia/Ukraine narrative was extremely swift (1 to 2 weeks). It is an indicator of centralized and coordinated bold moves.

    • Cyber Polygon 2022 is scheduled for early July 2022 (postponed with no rescheduled date). We think the selective internet shutdown would happen before. The exercise is an opportunity to coordinate the solution rather than triggering the problem (you don’t need that many actors to trigger the problem).

    • If such a problem occurs globalists need it to be controllable. Given that the problem is located around Western countries mostly located in the northern atmosphere (Canada, USA, Europe, Israel, Japan), triggering the problem just before or at the beginning of summer is likely. Imagine if this issue was triggered during winter in the context of cold temperature. The level of uncertainty would be higher than during summer.

Your solutions

A selective internet shutdown and what could happen out of it is a risk. A risk has a probability and an impact. We think the probability for this scenario to happen is high (around 80% chance as of Apr 2022, 70% chance as of Jun 2022, 90% chance as of Dec 2023). We think that if this happens, the impact will be massive. It is the only remaining major step that globalists think they need to go through to remove all your leverage.

You can approach a risk in this manner:

  • Accept it (you do nothing)

  • Mitigate it (reduce likelihood and/or impact)

  • Avoid it (you do something for it not to happen)

Let’s go through each item because as you are aware of this risk, you need to decide what you want to do

  • Accept it

    Your mindset may be that you think it is ok. You may trust what your government says. You may think that there is nothing you can do about it. You may actually think that there is no risk of a slective internet shutdown.

    In this case, you understand that you accept the impact. The impact will likely be to have to agree to the terms of the deal.

  • Mitigate it

    The idea is to reduce the likelihood (probability) and / or the impact of this risk.

    One option you have is to decouple partially or totally from the current system. By decoupling we mean not staying dependent on the system for what you need on a daily basis. The key things People, in general, depend on:

    • Food (you depend on supply chains)

    • Water (water company so supply chain to a certain extent)

    • Energy (electricity or gas company so supply chain)

    • Money: mortgage, loan (you depend on the banking system)

    • Money: store value (you depend on the banking system)

    • Transactions to pay for goods or services (you depend on the bank and the credit card company -> you depend on internet)

    • Communication (you depend on internet)

    • Transportation (you depend on energy so ultimately on supply chains)

    Ask yourself some key questions:

    • Can I team up with other People to increase my leverage? I know John who grows his own vegetables or I know this local farm around here.

    • Can you change your context? Megapoles will be one of the worst places to be because a high demand is concentrated there (any decrease in supply creates issues). Can you move to an area with less density of population?

    • Can you reduce your dependency on your bank? Bank accounts are massive failure points for you given how central bank’s services are in most People's lives.

  • Avoid it

    The idea is to ensure this does not happen.

    • One option is to expose the upcoming move. If you are vocal about what one of the People in a group is going to do to the other person because she or he has the capability to do it then other People in the group, not all of them, will start to be a closer attention to this person you point at.

    • Another option is to prevent it from happening. Some professionals have the capability to oppose such moves and block them.

      • Executives at the companies which are most likely to be leveraged to execute this selective internet shutdown: Fastly, Cloudflare, Akamai.

      • Cyber attack specialists who have an understanding of how such scenarios would technically play out.
