Business’ leverage : your customer

Why do you think Governments implement policies that hurt small and medium businesses?

They remove your customer base which is at the same time a community for you. You know your customers, even by name sometimes. You even consider some of them as friends.

Removing your customer base destroys your leverage. Not just no more revenues but dying communities because the point that used to connect People does not exist anymore.

How to regain leverage from a customer perspective?

  • Explain to your customers the impact of current policies. People are losing far more than a product or a service, they are losing a community, social links.

  • Increase the value for your customers. How can you create more value so that customers keep coming back to you? Here is a page on how to improve your business. It is not straightforward to improve value creation because it requires a shift in mindset from your business to your customer. If you need help, reach out to us (@Peoplelyzer on Telegram). Within 45 to 60 minutes we can listen to you and define together actions to improve your value creation.

  • People’s capability to transact is critical. Can you start accepting Bitcoin as a mean of payment? It would be a new payment option for your customers in a context where an increasing number of People are diversifying their asset and it would be a way to hedge yourself against the risk of having the government taking over your business’ bank account (no matter the reason).

How would you keep your customers? How do you improve the connection with them in the current context? We would love to hear about your unique perspective.
