Your physical health
The state of your body is part of your leverage. If your body has low energy or is sick then you are losing your leverage.
Be aware of the strategy of the People driving the Great Reset:
They mentally impact you because they know very well that your mental health and your physical health are connected and impact each others
They put something inside your body through what they call "vaccination". It is likely that what they put inside your body negatively impact the way your body operate and / or give them direct leverage on your body through technical solutions
Destroying your social connections. Your physical health is partially related to your social connections. If I remove them by introducing polarization between People or regulation preventing you from physically seeing other People then I am removing an element that positively impact your physical health
Preventing or stopping you from accessing physical exercise places: fitness center, gym, sport centers, playgrounds, …
Here are potential signals that your physical health is in trouble:
Your body has been tired for weeks
Your body feel regularly exhausted
You feel that there is something that isn’t right with your body. You know your body better than other People. If you feel there is something wrong then listen to your intuition
How to improve your physical health?
Identify the thing(s) that negatively and positively impact your physical health. Be disciplined about this exercise:
Notice and start writing down (even in a small notebook) when your body doesn’t feel good. Identify if this could be due to something around you (a place, a person, a context, food, …?). Can you identify patterns that could be the source of your physical health being low?
Do the same thing with things that get your body to feel good. Write it down. What are the things that get your body to feel good (nature, sound, weather, People, smell, ...)?
If you aren't already, start paying attention to what you feed your body with (both food and drink). Diversify your diet. Avoid highly advertised foods and drinks: it is very likely that it negatively impacts your health (ex: soft drinks, snacks, ...). If you can, cook your meals, don't let a corporation do it for you (can you trust the ingredients they use?)
If necessary, go for a health check at a health place you trust. You want to check whether there could be problem inside your body that you aren’t aware of
